Ornate Tufted Grollop

Pretty shell, but nasty bite
I had a whole family of these in my backyard one summer. They scurry about like quail. Usually they like to live near streams but since it rained a lot that summer I had enormous puddles all over the place. Since I was drawing critters who looked like numbers I thought this critter looked ten-ish. What do you think?
