Cold Winter Critter Gives Me the Eye

Quick! Get this guy some Visine!
I'm sure glad this guy was wearing a scarf. It was cold that day. I don't normally sketch in the winter during a snowstorm but I saw this critter when I was taking out my trash. I ran back inside and grabbed my sketchbook and fortunately he was still there when I came back. My eyes got all watery (and icey) just watching him. He never blinks!!
